Spinrise maintains a structured framework of identity check and anti-money laundering controls as part of its core compliance obligations. These procedures are in place to protect account holders, uphold fair play, and prevent the platform from being used for financial crime. Every user interacting with the platform is subject to these requirements, which are applied consistently and without exception.
Purpose of KYC & AML
Spinrise platform applies KYC and AML procedures to verify the identity of each account holder, prevent fraud, and combat financial crime in all its forms. These measures form the foundation of a transparent and secure environment for all users.

KYC Requirements
Every new user registered on the platform is required to complete ID verification before accessing certain features or processing transactions. The following categories of documents may be requested during the verification process:
- Government-issued photo identification, such as a passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence;
- Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill or official correspondence issued within the past three months;
- Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used to fund the account;
- Additional documentation as determined by the platform’s risk assessment or in response to unusual account activity.
AML Measures
Spinrise implements a range of controls designed to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other forms of illegal financial activity on the platform. These controls are applied across all accounts and are subject to ongoing review.
- Continuous transaction monitoring to identify patterns inconsistent with expected user behaviour;
- Automated detection systems that flag activity meeting predefined risk thresholds;
- Enhanced due diligence applied to accounts presenting elevated risk indicators;
- Manual review of large or unusual transfers that fall outside standard parameters;
- Risk scoring assigned to accounts based on behaviour, transaction history, and profile data;
- Sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) screening conducted during onboarding and at defined intervals;
- Reporting of suspicious activity to competent authorities in accordance with applicable reporting obligations.
Prohibited Activities
Certain actions are strictly prohibited on the platform and are treated as serious violations of the platform’s security measures and compliance standards. Users found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will be subject to enforcement action:
- Operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities;
- Submitting forged, altered, or stolen documents during the document submission process;
- Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering through platform transactions;
- Manipulating platform systems, games, or betting processes through any technical or deceptive means;
- Transferring, selling, or granting access to an account to any third party;
- Using payment instruments that are not registered in the account holder’s own name;
- Providing false or misleading personal data at any stage of registration or verification.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with the platform’s KYC and AML requirements constitutes a breach of the applicable terms and will result in enforcement measures proportionate to the severity of the violation. Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include temporary or permanent account suspension, freezing or confiscation of funds linked to suspicious activity, cancellation of bets or associated winnings, and reporting to competent authorities where applicable.
User Responsibilities
Each account holder is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current personal data at all stages of registration and throughout the lifetime of the account. Users must complete all ID verification steps within the timeframes specified by the platform and must respond promptly to any request for additional document submission or clarification. All payment methods used on the platform must be owned and controlled exclusively by the registered account holder. Any updates to personal information, including address or identification details, must be communicated to the platform without delay. Users who become aware of suspicious activity related to their account are expected to report it through the available support channels.
